Who we are
LAVYRN operates the online shop at https://www.lavyrn.com. We sell DIY miniature scene sticker books, scene sticker kits, and sticker tweezers. The shop is focused on the United States and also ships to the destinations listed on our Shipping page.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us. Questions and privacy requests go to wydycgUS@outlook.com.
Information we collect
Order information. When you buy something, Shopify Checkout collects the details needed to take the order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, the items you buy, and the amount paid. LAVYRN receives those order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Contact information. If you email or call us, we keep the message and the contact details you give us so we can reply and support the order.
Device and site use. The site and the tools listed below may receive your browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and similar technical data. A cart identifier is stored in your browser so your bag can be restored. If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the campaign parameters from that visit may be stored for the browser session and attached to the Shopify cart.
You do not need a LAVYRN account to browse this site or to check out. Customer accounts are not enabled on this storefront. Shopify Checkout may still offer its own optional account.
How we use information
We use this information to take and fulfill orders, show shipping and tax in checkout, reply to you, handle returns, prevent fraud, understand how the shop is used, and measure advertising. We use it to send messages that an order requires, such as confirmation and shipping updates.
If you opt in to marketing, we use your email to send product news. You can opt out at any time, as described below.
Shopify and payment
Checkout runs on Shopify Checkout. Taxes, payment, and order confirmation are handled there. LAVYRN does not collect your payment card details on this website.
You pay through the payment methods Shopify Checkout offers for that order. Those methods can include cards and other options Shopify presents, such as Shop Pay when it is offered. Shopify and the card networks and payment services it uses receive the payment details needed to charge the order and to send a refund back to the original payment method.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This storefront uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PWFRZ0WG9F) and a Meta Pixel (ID 2145630969656683). Google Analytics measures visits and on-site actions such as product views and adds to bag. The Meta Pixel measures those same kinds of actions and helps us understand ads on Meta. On Shopify’s hosted checkout, Shopify’s Google channel and Facebook channel may also record checkout and purchase events for those same IDs.
These tools set cookies and similar identifiers, such as Google Analytics cookies and Meta cookies. Shopify Checkout sets its own cookies on Shopify’s domain when you check out. We do not show a cookie banner on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them may stop the bag from being remembered. You can also use the ad settings Google and Meta provide.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may be used to measure and show ads about LAVYRN. A TikTok pixel is not loaded on this storefront.
Order messages. Shopify sends the messages needed to complete and support an order. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an order and does not stop those order messages.
Marketing. If you opt in to product news, you can unsubscribe by using the link in a marketing email or by emailing us at the address below. We will stop marketing emails after a request. We keep a record that you opted out where we need it to honor that request.
Who we share information with
We share information with the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify, for the cart, checkout, orders, and order email; the payment services acting through Shopify Checkout; carriers that deliver the package; and Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising described above. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep order and support records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting duties. We then delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them. Analytics and advertising providers keep data under their own settings. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, except where we must keep a record of an order or of the unsubscribe request.
International transfers
LAVYRN is based in Yuma, Arizona, United States. If you visit the site or order from outside the United States, including the places we ship, your information is processed in the United States. Shopify, Google, and Meta may also process it in other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than the country you live in.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing. Email wydycgUS@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need your order number or other details to confirm the request. We will respond as applicable law requires. Some records, such as completed orders needed for tax, may be kept even after a deletion request.
You can also control cookies in your browser and use Google and Meta ad settings, as described above.
California residents
We do not sell personal information. If you live in California, you may email us to request access to the personal information we keep about you, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of marketing email. Meta and Google cookies may be used to measure ads and to show ads about LAVYRN. California law may treat some of that advertising use as sharing or targeted advertising. You can limit it through your browser and through Meta and Google ad settings, or by emailing us.
We handle a California request to the extent the law applies to this shop. We do not claim a privacy certification, and we do not claim that the shop meets any particular revenue or consumer-volume threshold.
Children’s privacy
This site and shop are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it. Age guidance for a specific product, if any, is on the packaging.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. The new version applies from that date.
